When you join our hotel team, you become a key part of our guests’ overall experience. You are often the first person they meet and the last person they see before leaving.
Our hotels are shaped by their surroundings. Guests arrive with different expectations – some come for adventure, others for peace and quiet. Your job is to make sure they feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of.
No two days are the same. Some days are busy with check-ins, questions, and practical tasks. Other days are calmer. Either way, you are part of a small team where everyone helps out and takes responsibility.
Meet Taja
With Taja in charge, you never have to worry. She has been leading our housekeeping for years and knows every corner of the hotel.
During the winter season, she also steps in as hotel manager. She handles check-ins, answers emails, and makes sure everything is clean and ready for the guests. With her laugh and sharp, dark humor, she keeps both the hotel (and the team) in good shape and in good a mood.

Being part of our team
… means working closely together. Front office, housekeeping, and management support each other to make sure everything runs smoothly. On our smaller destinations you may find yourself doing a mix of the positions above.
You will be in daily contact with guests from all over the world, so being service-minded, calm, and solution-oriented is important. We are looking for people who take pride in doing their job well and who understand that small details can make a big difference.
