Dataansvarlig for behandling af dine personlige oplysninger, som du har oplyst i din ansøgning, er Topas Explorer Group cvr. 32448267

Du er bekendt med, at Selskabet vil opbevare og behandle en række almindelige personoplysninger om dig i forbindelse med din ansøgning til en stilling hos Topas Explorer Group eller underliggende datterselskaber. Dette fremgår af persondatapolitikken, som du skal læse i forbindelse med upload af din ansøgning via HR On Recruit.

Til brug for forlænget opbevaring af din ansøgning skal vi anmode om dit samtykke til behandlinger af personlige oplysninger som vi kan behandle og udveksle med Selskabets faglige organisation og med personer tilknytter ansættelsesprocessen, der er gældende for det område, du har ansøgt og eventuelle fremtidige stillinger. Din ansøgning kan deles på tværs af organisationen, og de personoplysninger, som du har givet i forbindelse med din ansøgning, og evt. indhentede oplysninger fra de referencer, som du har opgivet, eller fra offentligt tilgængelige registre kan også deles med de koncern forbundne selskaber i rekrutterings øjemed.

Ved at afgive samtykke er du indforstået med, at din ansøgning er tilgængelig for alle Selskabets underliggende datterselskaber.

Hvis du søger en specifik ledig stilling, vil ansøgningsfrist fremgå af stillingsopslag. Vi vil opbevare din ansøgning i op til 8 måneder efter ansøgningsfristen er udløbet – hvilket svarer til udløb for ansættelse af personale til højsæson i Selskabets datterselskaber.

Ved en uopfordret ansøgning vil vi opbevare din ansøgning i op til 6 måneder.

Du giver hermed samtykke til forlænget opbevaring af din ansøgning som beskrevet ovenfor.

Vi behandler din ansøgning fortroligt og alene med henblik på rekruttering, og ved at give samtykke godkender du, at din ansøgning kan tages i betragtning i flere af Selskabets koncernforbundne selskaber. Visse af koncernens selskaber befinder sig uden for EU/EØS, og vi vil derfor overføre data til et såkaldt tredjeland. Du er hermed bekendt med at have samtykket til overførsel af dine data til lande udenfor EU/EØS.

Du kan til enhver tid trække samtykket tilbage i forhold til fremadrettet behandling af personoplysninger, der hviler på samtykket. Du kan i den forbindelse anmode om, at oplysninger om dig afgivet med samtykke slettes fra Selskabets ansøgningsregistre. Samtykke kan tilbagetrækkes ved henvendelse til info@topas.dk

Storage of Application – Including for Future Vacant Positions in the Group

The data controller for the processing of your personal information provided in your application is Topas Explorer Group, CVR 32448267.

You are aware that the Company will store and process a number of general personal data about you in connection with your application for a position at Topas Explorer Group or its subsidiaries. This is described in the privacy policy, which you must read when uploading your application via HR On Recruit.

For the purpose of extended storage of your application, we must ask for your consent to the processing of personal data that we may process and exchange with the Company’s professional organisation and with individuals involved in the recruitment process relevant to the area for which you have applied and any future positions. Your application may be shared across the organisation, and the personal information you have provided in connection with your application, as well as any information obtained from the references you have provided or from publicly available registers, may also be shared with the group’s affiliated companies for recruitment purposes.

By giving consent, you agree that your application is accessible to all of the Company’s subsidiaries.

If you are applying for a specific vacant position, the application deadline will appear in the job posting. We will store your application for up to 8 months after the application deadline has passed—this corresponds to the recruitment period for the high season in the Company’s subsidiaries.

For unsolicited applications, we will store your application for up to 6 months.

You hereby give consent to the extended storage of your application as described above.

We process your application confidentially and solely for recruitment purposes, and by giving consent you agree that your application may be considered by several of the Company’s affiliated group companies. Some of the group’s companies are located outside the EU/EEA, and we will therefore transfer data to a so-called third country. You acknowledge that you have consented to the transfer of your data to countries outside the EU/EEA.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with regard to future processing of personal data based on your consent. In this connection, you may request that information about you provided with consent be deleted from the Company’s application records. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting info@topas.dk.

In the Company’s Applicant Privacy Policy, you can find information about the Company’s processing of your personal data, including the rights you have in this regard.
